What these terms cover

These terms apply to quaility.com, the marketing website of Quaility, Inc. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They do not cover the Quaility platform. Access to the product is governed by a separate written agreement between us and each customer, including a Business Associate Agreement where patient data is involved. If anything here conflicts with a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement wins.

Informational content only

Everything on this site is here to explain what Quaility does. It is general information, not advice. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here creates a clinician-patient relationship. If you have a health question, talk to a clinician, not a marketing website.

We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page is complete, correct, or up to date at all times.

Acceptable use

Use the site normally. Do not attempt to break it, probe it, or gain access to anything not meant to be public. Do not scrape it at volumes that interfere with its operation. Do not use our forms to send spam, malicious content, or someone else's personal information. Do not misrepresent who you are when you contact us.

The content of this site, including the text, design, graphics, product mockups, and the Quaility name and logo, belongs to Quaility, Inc. You may view it, link to it, and quote it briefly with attribution. You may not copy substantial portions of it, use it commercially, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, without our written permission.

Third-party links

Some pages link to sites we do not control, such as government data sources and other companies' websites. Those links are provided for reference. We are not responsible for third-party sites, and linking to them is not an endorsement.

No warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability
