What this policy covers

This policy covers quaility.com, our marketing website, run by Quaility, Inc.

It does not cover the Quaility product. When a healthcare organization uses our platform, that data is governed by the customer agreement and Business Associate Agreement between us and that organization, not by this page. Our security page describes how we handle patient data in the product.

Please do not submit patient information through this website. The demo form and contact channels here are for business inquiries only. They are not a secure channel for medical records, health questions, or anything about a specific patient. If you are a patient, please contact your care provider directly.

What we collect

Two things.

The demo request form. If you ask for a demo, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, company or organization, role, and any comment you add. We only get this when you choose to submit it.

Server and delivery logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting and content delivery infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, including the CloudFront CDN) records standard technical logs: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and timestamps.

That is the whole list. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts on this website today, and we intend to keep it that way. If we ever add a website analytics tool, it will be a privacy-respecting one, and we will update this policy before it goes live.

Why we collect it

We use form submissions to respond to your request, schedule the demo, and follow up about working together. We use server logs to keep the site running, spot abuse, and investigate security issues.

Where the law asks us to name a legal basis: for the form, it is your consent (you chose to send it) and the steps needed to respond to your request; for the logs, it is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website.

Who processes it for us

We use two service providers for this website:

• Formspree, Inc. handles demo-form submissions and delivers them to us. Formspree processes that data on our behalf.
• Amazon Web Services hosts and delivers the site, which is where the server logs live.

We do not share your information with anyone else, unless the law requires it or it is necessary to protect against fraud or abuse of the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or use it to build advertising profiles. Information you send through this website is used to talk to you about Quaility, and for nothing else.

How long we keep it

Demo-form submissions are kept for as long as our conversation with you is live, or a business relationship could reasonably follow from it. If you ask us to delete your submission, we will. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window for security and operations, then discarded.

Your rights

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information; we will honor reasonable requests regardless of which law applies to you.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we will say so plainly at the top of the page.
