Why we exist
The software got built for billing. The patients got the leftovers.
Most healthcare software exists to bill and to report. It tells you, months later, which patients fell through the cracks — and then files that fact in a dashboard. The gap stays open. The phone call still doesn’t happen.
The AI age makes a different kind of software possible: systems that don’t just count the missed screenings but pick up the phone, hold a real conversation in the patient’s language, book the visit, and write it all back to the record. Agents do the volume. Humans own the judgment.
We think the safety net should get that software first — not last, after the enterprise market is saturated. Community health centers carry the hardest populations with the thinnest staffing, and they’re exactly where closing one more gap matters most. That’s why our first deployment is an FQHC in South Los Angeles, and why everything we claim on this site is a measured number from that work, not a projection.
